Defining the Personas
We synthesized user data and observations, creating visual representations by defining personas, empathy maps, and journey maps. These not only facilitated the ideation of user-focused solutions but also served as effective means to convey user needs and pain points to both stakeholders and the product team.
Automated Templates creation
Equipped with insights into the recruitment process and a comprehensive understanding of both recruiter and candidate personas, I mapped out a WhatsApp recruitment flow. This involved thoughtful consideration of diverse pathways and potential edge cases. This helped in designing the automated template creation form and creating a list of templates- ensuring a seamless experience for recruiters and candidates. Additionally, we collaborated with UX writers to create the templates.
